For over 10 years Harri has lead large service renewal projects as a lead designer. His ambition is to find the ultimate business and customer value potential and convert this into a service concept, model or strategy.

Harri’s strengths are in deep understanding of business and customer value creation complemented with realities from business, production and technology standing point. With this expertise, Harri can create complete service business models and has the skills to lead a mixed group of people with contradictory opinions towards a common goal.
